Roleplaying Games Resources

Here are some useful links to any and all who love roleplaying games:

Purple Sorcerer Games - DCC goodness.

Dyson's Dodecahedron- OSR maps!

Knights of the North - More DCC greatness!

Far Future Enterprises- The home of Traveller!

The Robert E. Howard Foundation and Robert E. Howard Days!

The Gaming Gang - RPG and Comic reviews from Chicagoian Jeff McAleer and gang!

Watabou's Fabulous Medieval Fantasy City Generator

Check out my friends at Mystic Bull Games for some DCC and OSR Adventures.

The Tank and Heavy Weapons Counters Rendering Machine at The Zhodani Base is great for aspiring wargame creators.

Be sure to check out Savagepedia for their list of Savage Worlds Settings.

If you are in a bind for a character name why not check out The Fantasy Name Generators - Not just fantasy you have D&D, Superhero, Harry Potter, Video Games, Shadowrun, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC, and so so many others. Not to mention a whole bunch of other things like Places, Music Albums, Drinks, J-Pop Groups, Secret Orders...the list goes on an on.

If you want to make your own professional maps, ready for publication in any style known to man, I highly recommend Profantasy Software's Campaign Cartographer. It is a bit of a chore to learn but once you do the maps are beyond anything you can imagine.

If you love Conan and Sci-fi RPGs you must check out Starships & Steel
