Hello Adventurer!
My name is William Toporek. I grew up in Chicago, Wisconsin, and Florida. My brother and I discovered roleplaying games in about 1982 starting with the Heritage Models Dungeon Dwellers Caverns of Doom set. This led us to purchase the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons Players Handbook (1e!) for $2 at a Montgomery Wards Discount Store and the rest was history. Since then I've ran and played a multitude of roleplaying games in every conceivable genre including some of my favorites being GDWs Traveller, West End Games Star Wars, Fantasy Games Unlimited's Bushido, Green Ronin's Mutants and Masterminds, and Modiphius Entertainment's Conan Adventures in an Age Undreamed Of, among many others. My current favorites are Goodman Games' Dungeon Crawl Classics and Pinnacle Entertainment's Savage Worlds Adventure Edition.
I love movies, video games, wargames, board games, reading fantasy and sci-fi (anything by Robert E. Howard!), travelling, and of course role-playing games! Currently, I work as a video editor for a major educational learning company. I live in Austin Texas with my loving (and gamer!) wife Lana and our cat Celene.
